Ranch Dining
The dining rooms are across the patio from the adult lounge, just past the outdoor barbecue pit where we cook up our Black Angus burgers and charcoal-grilled New York steaks.
Our licenced dining rooms look out over the pastures where over 100 horses spend the night grazing and cooling off among the sprinklers. Choose some wine from our list and have a glass to sip on as you watch the herd run by on their way to the fields, then sit down to a delicious three-course candlelit dinner.
At Sundance, all the outdoor fun builds up quite a healthy appetite. Chef Chris is not just an evil genius, he's an excellent cook and of English descent - go figure!
But seriously, we know how important good food is, and we are proud of what we serve, from the à la carte breakfasts to the delicious, varied menus for lunch and dinner.
Breakfast for everyone is served à la carte between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, with that all-important morning coffee being on from 5:30 AM for you early risers.
Lunch is served for the adults at 1:00 PM, and you'll hear the triangle ring for adult dinner seating at 7:00 PM.
The kids (14 years and younger) have separate seatings for lunch and dinner, eating an hour earlier than the adults, which means more fun and kid-friendly meals.
We all eat together at 12:30 PM on burger day (usually Sunday lunch), when the mouth-watering smell of charcoal grilled burgers fills the air.
