2008 Rates
Our all-inclusive rates are per person, per day, quoted in Canadian Funds, and include all meals, accommodation, 4-5 hours of riding, and use of all Ranch facilities.

Early Booking Discounts of up to 20% mid-week during our low season, and up to 15% during peak times, are available depending on the time of booking. Please contact us for more information.
Our "Trail Credits" program offers a 10% discount for new guests that have never been to Sundance before, but were referred to us by a previous guest. The referring person is rewarded for their efforts with "Trail Credits" in the amount of the discount, which can be applied toward a future reservation.
Rates quoted are for a 24-hour package commencing on your arrival at the ranch, and are subject to G.S.T. (5%) and Provincial Room Tax (1.2%).
All Youth and Children's rates are based on accommodation in the parents' room or in our "Bunkhouse" wing.
Deluxe rooms are subject to a supplemental charge of $20 to $40 per day.
Weekly Special: Stay for 7 nights - pay only for 6! Your 7th night will be completely free of charge.
Please note that a minimum stay may be required on busy weekends (2 nights on regular weekends, 3 nights on long weekends).
Single occupancy rooms and non-riding rates are available, but may be limited during busy times - please contact us for further details.
Full daily maid service is available upon request at $10/room, but is included free of charge every three nights for longer stays.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of one full day's rate on booking to secure your reservation. The non-refundable final payment is required 21 days prior to the arrival date.
If a cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, a full refund less a $25 administration fee will be provided.
A refund of half the deposit will be provided for cancellations received between 60 and 21 days prior to the arrival date.
In case of late cancellation, and depending on whether or not we can re-sell the space, all or part of your pre-paid package may be transferred to another stay within one year of your original booking. Please keep in mind that the $25 administration fee would apply, and that discounted space may not be available.
No refund on any unused portion of the package.
We highly recommend the purchase of Cancellation Insurance and are pleased to partner with Ambassador Travel to offer you this service. Please contact Ambassador Travel at 1-800-603-5471 or info@ambassadortravel.ca. Guests from outside of Canada, please consult local Insurance Agent. Cancellation Insurance can only be purchased within 48 hours of confirming your Sundance reservation.
Riding Policy
The ranch reserves the right to limit availability of horseback riding due to weight, age, or anything which may in our judgement pose a threat to the comfort and safety of both horse and rider. Weight limitations are in effect, and accurate height and weight information is required on booking for each rider in the group. We will request, upon arrival, verification of the information given. Please refer to maximum weight chart below. Exceptions may be made at our discretion if the guest has sufficient riding ability. E.g. Not bouncing all over the horse's back at a trot!

Note: All Persons who intend to participate in horseback riding will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
Cowboy boots or boots with a smooth sole and a good heel are required for all rides. Helmets are strongly recommended for all ages, and are mandatory for all riders under 19 yrs of age. The ranch has boots and helmets available for a small rental fee.
Children under 8 years of age do not go on trail rides, but they can be led around at a walk in the riding arena by a parent or guardian, under the supervision of a wrangler.
There can be as many as 8 dogs on the ranch at any one time, so although we know very well what a huge part of the family they are, we have to say SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.
IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN EARLY, please note that rooms may not be ready for check-in prior to 4:00pm. FOR LATE CHECK-OUTS, we may require that the room be cleared by 1:00pm, in which case alternative shower and changing facilities are available.
