Wine Lovers Weekend

After a day on the trails in the fresh Spring air, what better way to spend an evening than wining and dining to your heart's content? We will be holding a wine tasting with an assortment of delectable wines, paired with tasty snacks and presented by certified sommeliers with a passion for horseback riding.
Horsemanship Clinic & Kids' Camp Weekend

If you'd like to learn more about how horses think and how to communicate effectively with them, this weekend is for you! On Saturday, April 19th, riders can join a half-day horsemanship clinic with Ron Watson, horse trainer/breeder for over 30 years and APHA world champion in reining and working cow horse. Using our ranch horses, the session will focus on communication, understanding how horses figure out what we want them to do, and how they respond to our cues and the feel from the rider. With a trainer of Ron Watson's caliber, you will be able to benefit from this session, no matter how much or how little riding you have done in your life. In addition to the clinic, the weekend includes three regular trail rides. Clinic participation is optional - regular trail rides are available as well.
The Kids' Camp is for children 8 years and up, with accompanying adults (at least 1 adult per 5 children). Participants will learn to catch, groom, and saddle their own mounts before hitting the trail. Under the watchful eye of Sundance's experienced wranglers, kids and adults will have their own separate training and riding sessions. At a special daily rate of just $95.00 per person, this is the most affordable riding weekend of the year. Some restrictions apply - please contact us for more details.
Spring Cowgirl Weekend

A sell-out almost every time! The Cowgirl weekends are so much fun, there are two a year! Various special events, cowgirl-friendly menus, pajama breakfast, and a chance to win a free weekend. Don't forget to bring your bathing suits as we will open our swimming pool early for this event and heat it to hot tub temperatures. For gals only, 19 years and older. Contact us for all the details.

Ashcroft Rodeo Weekend

Voted the Best Small-Town Rodeo in B.C.! Rodeo parade takes place on Saturday morning, followed by all the traditional events, with concessions and beer garden. Gate admission to Rodeo is included in our regular package rate. Saturday night, the best dance in town is still right here at Sundance!
