Great Beds and Air-Conditioned Comfort!

The ranch is on a single level and each room is accessible from a covered wooden boardwalk. “Roughing it” may sound romantic, but it doesn’t always feel so good! This is why all of our rooms are air-conditioned with great beds and full private bathrooms.

King Room

We have three King rooms available at Sundance.  Rodeo room is standard size, with private deck area overlooking the pastures and sunset.  Buffalo and Wagon rooms are larger than a standard.   Buffalo has a large electric fireplace and a small seating area, with large picture window overlooking the pastures.  Wagon room’s seating area has a “hide-a-bed” couch, coffee table and two easy chairs.   Each king room has a Keurig machine and small fridge.  King room surcharges are $40-$65 a night.  (flat rate per room, not per person.)

Standard Room

Our standard rooms have two queen beds, or a queen and a single bed, with space for a roll-away if required. All standard rooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms.
