Sundance is almost as famous for the food as it is for the horses!

Enjoy varied and delicious menus prepared by our chef. Our dining room is licensed but everywhere else on the ranch is BYOB (bring your own bottle), including our beautiful bar lounge for adults only.

Breakfast features a hot and cold buffet with standards such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogourt, baked goods . After that, set menus will include anything from classic grilled steaks and burgers to delicious international cuisine. Comfort food, kicked up a notch, is what we aim for. Vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements will also be well looked after by our talented chef!

Please note that lunch is not available on check-in.

Our licensed dining room overlooks the pastures where the horses spend the night grazing. Choose some wine from our list and relax as you watch the horses grazing in our sprawling pastures for the night.  And don’t miss the evening “jingle” – There’s not too many places left in the world where you can watch 100 horses galloping free together–it’s a sight that never gets old!

**If you have special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, celiac, etc – or just don’t eat fish or pork, whatever it is – you will be able to advise upon booking by completing our reservation form.  We have set rotating menus and will have a specially-prepared alternate available for you as necessary, depending on the menu.  Please note that if guests decide to take the regular menu at last minute instead of the requested alternate, there will be a $10 charge per meal.  Aside from the food wastage, we put a lot of time and effort into managing all our guests’ dietaries!  Thank you for your understanding!

Lounge

The adults-only BYOB bar lounge is the social center of the ranch and is open 24/7.  Cut the dust at the end of the day and swap stories with your fellow riders before getting ready for dinner.

The room hasn’t changed much since the 1960’s with a large stone fireplace and a bar area with ice machine and storage for your bottle. The lounge joins a pool table room and opens onto an outdoor deck
