After an exhilarating day of exploring the countryside on horseback, you’ll see the wood smoke drifting from the chimney of the large stone fireplace in the lounge as you return to the ranch, knowing this cozy haven is waiting to welcome you with a roaring log fire and luxurious leather couches strewn with cozy throw blankets.

Or grab a few of those blankets and head back out to a crackling campfire blaze with a sweeping view of the spectacular surrounding hills.

April is one time of the year when we can count on being able to enjoy our wood fire pits, which are dotted around the lawns, surrounded by comfy pine Adirondack chairs. There’s nothing better than gathering around the fire with friends old and new, watching the stars begin to peek out and knowing that a hearty and delicious meal is being prepared for you!

Speaking of which, we are delighted to announce that Chef Dustin is returning for 2024 ! Returning guests will remember Chef Dustin from 2019 as one of the best chefs we’ve ever had, and we’re very excited to welcome him back.
